FREE next working day delivery for UK mainland delivery for all orders £40 and over.

Orders £39.99 and below, delivery options available:
- £3.95 Standard delivery 4-6 days. 
- £7.50 Next working day delivery

Saturday delivery is an additional £10 on top of the normal delivery charges.  

Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding English public holidays), are despatched for a next working day delivery*, however this is not guaranteed, due to incidents that may occur beyond our control. 

*Please allow up to 3 days for delivery to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, including Post Codes: AB31 - 38, AB41 - 56, FK17 - 21, G83, IV1 - 99, KW1 - 14, PA20 - 40, PH17 - 40, PH49 - 50. Northern Ireland postcodes. 

Saturday Delivery
Delivery on Saturday is an additional charge of  £10 - available on orders made before 2pm on Friday.

Local Collection
You can collect your pump from us in Taunton, Somerset.
If you wish to collect a rental pump from the Taunton branch we can deduct £10.00 from your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Ardo breastpumps are personal hygiene products and are classified as medical devices, therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless:

A. The product is in a saleable condition - no seals or packaging opened; no products or components have been used.
B. The product is faulty

Please telephone us to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you can quote your invoice number and the date of purchase. All goods should be returned within 14 working days. Goods are returned at your own expense.

Rental Breastpumps
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched by courier for a next working day delivery*, however this is not guaranteed, due to incidents that may occur beyond our control.  The breastpump rent is continuous from the initial hire period and payment for the subsequent hire period will be deducted from your card.

Returning your rented Breastpump

The breastpump must be returned by you via UPS access points, which are generally independent convenience stores. 

This service gives you greater flexibility to return the pump,  as it is at your convenience, no waiting in all day, and you can get always get someone else to drop it off.  

To find your nearest facility go to  

Enter your postcode and it will give you a selection of access points that you can choose from, these are generally open from early till late.  

Place the return address label provided over the delivery address label and take the pump to the access point.  The package will be scanned and recorded immediately that you have returned the pump. 

NB – If the breastpump is not returned to an access point by the date the next payment is due - this is clearly stated on your invoice – the next    non-refundable 30 day continuation payment will be taken.

Breastpump Rental - your right to cancel
You have a right to cancel any breastpump hire agreement providing that you have not opened the pumpsets or used the equipment. We need you to send a notice of cancellation (found at the end of the agreement) to Ardo medical Limited at Unit 1, Belvedere Trading Estate, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1BH or by contacting us by telephone on 01823 336362.

If you cancel the agreement during the 14 day cancellation period, we will be permitted to charge you for those services which have already been incurred by us such as the delivery charge which is included in the initial payment and we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the collection sets if we believe that you have been using them prior to the return of the Goods to us.

You will not have to make any further payment. If you have any goods under the agreement, you should not use them and should keep them safe. You can however wait for them to be collected from you or if you wish, you may return the goods yourself using a system which allows for the goods to be tracked.
